Icelandic Soroptimist Week 30 Juni – 8 July 2012

Programme:

Saturday 30 Juni	Arrival. Participants will be met at Keflavik Airport. Evening: Get-together-party with Icelandic Soroptimists and their husbands.
Sunday 1 July	A two days bus trip to the Snæfellsnes peninsula where we will see many wonders of nature.
Monday 2 July	The town Stykkishólmur, museums and other interesting places in the area. Sisters in the Snæfellsnes club will meet us in the afternoon.
Tuesday 3 July	Sightseeing and museums in Reykjavík.
Wednesday 4 July	A two days bus trip to the southern mountain area, Þórsmörk. On the way we will visit Þingvellir, Gullfoss and Geysir.
Thursday 5 Juli	On day two we will have a boat trip to Vestmannaeyjar (Westman islands).
Friday 6 July	A day off with a possibility to stroll around on your own in the capital area, take a swim and relax. There is also a possibility to plan a trip of your own, i.e. to the Northen area (Akureyri/Mývatn) . We can assist you with the booking when you are here.
Saturday 7 July	A bus trip to the geothermal area at Krýsuvík and to the Blue Lagune for a swim. Good-by-dinner and fun with Icelandic sisters and their husbands.
Sunday 8 July	Departure.
