Icelandic Soroptimist Week 27 Juni – 5 July 2009

Programme:

Saturday 27 Juni	Arrival. Participants will be met at Keflavik Airport. Evening: Get-together-party with Icelandic Soroptimists and their husbands.
Sunday 28 Juni	A day trip to Snæfellsnes, town Stykkishólmur and a sea tour on bay Breiðafjörður
Monday 29 Juni	Sightseeing and museums in Reykjavík.
Tuesday 30 Juni	Departure for a three days bus trip to the southern mountain area, accommodation in mountain huts. Day 1: Eyrarbakki, Selfoss, Þjórsárdalur, Landmannalaugar.
Wednesday 1 Juli	Day 2: Landmannalaugar, Vík, Seljalandsfoss, Þórsmörk.
Thursday 2 Juli	Day 3: Þórsmörk, Gullfoss, Geysir, Þingvellir.
Friday 3 July	A day off with a possibility to stroll around on your own in the capital area, take a swim and relax. There is also a possibility to plan a trip of your own, i.e. to the Northen area (Akureyri/Mývatn) or to the Westman Islands (we can assist you with the booking when you are here).
Saturday 4 July	A bus trip to Bessastaðir, the thermal area at Krýsuvík and to the Blue Lagune for a swim. Good-by-dinner and fun with Icelandic sisters and their husbands.
